Both Manuel and Zack were outstanding, incredibly kind, and extremely helpful to both me and my mom as we looked at the car I was interested in. They took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood the process.I knew very little about the car-buying and financing process beforehand, but thanks to them, I left not only with a great car, but also with much more knowledge and confidence about financing and purchasing a vehicle. The sales consultant Jose Sierra Sr. was awesome. Very knowledgeable and, helpful and professional. He made me and mom feel at ease. The Finance manager Bill Milano saved my mom a lot of money. He made my mom feel comfortable and confident. Me and my are happy knowing we invested in a charm of vehicle. This Auto Mall has very meticulous cars. From my first contact until I drove away in my new (used) car, it was an amazing experience. Dylan assisted me with my purchase and he went over and above, making sure I was comfortable, explaining the process and assisting me with anything needed. One of the best experience I have had buying a car (new or used). Had the pleasure of working with Jose Siera. Jose was very helpful, knowledgeable and transparent. I live about a 2 hour drive from the dealership, and Jose worked diligently with me to make sure that everything was ready before I came in.
